Dense, durable, and built for high-end exterior applications. Kiln-dried and highly resilient, weathering naturally to a gray patina unless maintained with sealants or oils. Standard profiles: square and pre-grooved.

Phase 1 — Heat & Dry
Raw timber is gently dried using steam and hot air to reduce cellular moisture content and prepare the wood for modification — completely chemical-free.

Phase 2 — Thermal Treatment
Timber is heated up to 413.6°F (212°C) in a controlled steam environment, permanently altering the cellular structure by removing natural sugars and resins that feed rot, fungi and insects.

Phase 3 — Cooling & Conditioning
The modified timber is systematically cooled and conditioned to stabilize its moisture level, producing a deepened, uniform colour throughout the thickness of the board.
